Rest is a beautiful thing.  Abraham Heschel, a Jewish rabbi, wrote the best book I've read on Sabbath rest. Its brilliant.  In our busy world where we all feel stretched, learning about and then practicing Sabbath is a good thing.  If you want to read about it, Heschel's book is for you.
